GuardCloud is built on a "Zero Access" architecture. We utilize confidential computing technologies (such as AMD SEV-SNP and Intel TDX) to ensure that we cannot see, store, or train on your inference data. Your inputs and outputs exist only within the secure enclave memory during processing.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email address, and billing details required to manage your account.
• Usage Metadata: We track API usage metrics (token counts, request volume) for billing purposes. This metadata does not contain payload content.
• Logs: System logs are collected for reliability, but payload data is redacted or encrypted at the source.

3. How We Use Information

We use account and metadata information solely to provide, maintain, and bill for our Services. We do not sell your personal information or data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Inference data is processed in ephemeral memory and is not retained after the request is completed. Account information is retained as long as your account is active.
