By accessing or using the GuardCloud platform, API, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
GuardCloud provides confidential AI computing services ("Services"). We leverage hardware-enforced security (Trusted Execution Environments) to ensure that your data remains encrypted and inaccessible to us during processing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to generating malicious content or attempting to bypass security measures.
Unlike traditional providers, our architecture guarantees that we cannot access your data. However, you acknowledge that you are responsible for managing your own encryption keys (if applicable) and access controls within your organization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuardCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
